I maintained my weight this week. I'm not thrilled about that, but at least it isn't a gain! I tracked my points, cut out my soda, exercised...and maintained. I did everything right, but sometimes the weight just doesn't budge. This week I'll keep doing what I'm doing and I'm sure I'll see a loss. If not, then I'll sit down with my WW leaders and figure out if maybe my PointsPlus allowances aren't quite right.Or maybe I should give this a try...

love the cartoon...and I am betting on sodium...I'll take a five to one. check to see if your socks are leaving lines.
I would defenitely press the button at least 50 times! Do you eat your Activity Points? I don't know if I should eat them or not.
Connie, I'm not sure if my body is trying to adjust or what. TOM is due late next week/early the following, so that's possible.
Christine, sodium huh? That's possible, too. My socks always leave lines, though, that's the beauty of being overweight.
Lucy, I don't usually eat my activity points because I don't usually eat all of my weekly allowance points. Some weeks I do, some I don't...I don't eat AP's unless I've eaten through all of my weeklies. Go ahead and eat them, though, they are there to be eaten if you want them!
LOVE that cartoon! So funny! Good luck, and perseverance will pay off! It's so frustrating when we do everything right, and don't see the results. But I know you will!
