Weekly Weigh-in!

Finally! A loss on the scale. After a week of maintaining and then a tiny little gain, I finally had a loss this week! Phew! I was getting a little worried that I was on a plateau or something, but I'm not. I lost 2.6 pounds this week for a grand total of 83! Very cool!

In bigger (or smaller!) news today, I dropped another jean size!!! I'm wearing 14's today. I started in a size 24 almost a year ago!

Next week is my one year anniversary week with Weight Watchers. I joined April 29th, 2010! Hoping for another loss (maybe 2 pounds to reach 85?) to celebrate that anniversary. Either way, I have much to celebrate over the last year!

Yay for losing weight and dropping another jean size! When I'm feeling discouraged or like it's taking too long to lose weight, I come to your page and look at your numbers. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

That's so amazing!

I found your blog a little while ago and they're really inspirational! Your slideshow was absolutely fantastic!

I joined Weight Watchers last May and have been doing it by myself since July.

Thinking of your progress always gives me a little push to go work out or to choose side salad over fries.

Good luck on reaching 85. I believe you can do it.

Congrats! I'm in a size 14 jeans now too, isn't it great!!!
I second the comment about coming to your website when motivation is needed. When I get a little discouraged that the weight isn't coming off fast enough, I look at your chart on the left hand side and remind myself that 'slow and steady wins the race'.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you share and how willing you are to put all your info, thoughts, feelings, hopes, etc out there on the internet. It is so motivating.

Keep up the great work, you are awesome!
