Happy New Year to my blog followers and readers!!! I hope this year brings you much love, joy, prosperity, and good health!

My resolutions in 2012 are:
  1. Stay with Weight Watchers and keep losing!
  2. Focus on moving more.
  3. Read the Bible cover to cover! (My church is doing this together, you can learn more about it here: Project 4:4)
  4. Be better about cleaning our house regularly, not just when some one is coming over!

I've made up a little sheet that will be laminated and hung on our fridge to help me stay on track with these goals each week. I thought I'd share it with you so if you like it you can make your own. It was super easy to type up in Word and took all of 3 minutes to do.

or conversely, decide to make 14 new friends and invite each one over on a biweekly basis daily at 4 o clock. You will keep your house clean and have an active social life. Happy New year!

Happy New Year!! Love your new years resolutions. #4 made me chuckle because this too has been one of mine, though with an upcoming move coming I foresee our house looking a little chaotic. Wishing you all the best in 2012.

Have made the lists but are not laminated as yours.... it is a pain to drink water as then it has to come out again... I did happily glug down 3 liters yesterday and am doing so more regularly

I just came across your blog on Networked Blogs. How wonderful you are doing! Congrats on the 90+ loss! That takes real determination and strength and you have it.

I am also on WW and have lost around 23. I got stuck after 21 and gained a little, but I am back on track now. I love the program.

Best of luck and I will check in again.
