So far, so good with drinking my water! I had 64 ounces on Monday and 72 yesterday!
Today I started the Couch to 5K program. I have it as an app on my iPhone and it is awesome! It makes it so easy to know when to switch from jogging to walking and it keeps track of which work-out I'm on. I'll admit, I'm very much out of shape, so even today's first work-out was a tough one for me, but I'm going to keep plugging away at it and hopefully by the time the 9 weeks are up, I'll be in much better shape and jogging won't be such a big deal for me. Click HERE to see what Couch to 5K is and to start yourself! I can't wait for it to cool off so I can walk outside. We have a major heat advisory out today. Perhaps I need to look into a gym membership; once it cools off winter won't be far behind!
I weigh-in tomorrow and am not feeling positive about it even though I've stayed completely on-plan with WW! I need to get these negative thoughts out of my head right now!

And I'm wanting to start the C25K program once this ungodly heat wears off. I can't run on a treadmill to save my life, I need steady ground!

I have thought of running but I have bad knees and I am old. I do Jillian Michaels workouts at home to stay in shape and try to eat well.
I am trying to follow your example of drinking more water. I could use more water.

Way to go with the C25k! And negative thoughts be gone..you're doing so many things right this week. The scale will eventually catch up - hopefully tomorrow. ;)
