Thin Dependence Pledge

Last night at my WW meeting, my leader shared this with us. I hope you all have a happy and safe 4th of July weekend full of healthy choices!

Thin Dependence Pledge

I pledge allegiance to myself in quest of my weight goal
and to the healthiness for which it stands.
One body...
under control...
indisputably...
with confidence in new clothes for fall!

I finally made it back to Weight Watchers today. It wasn't pretty but not as ugly as I thought it would be. How do you plan to handle the 4th from a food standpoint?

I will handle the 4th like any other day. Track my points, stay on point, drink my water and get some exercise! Just because it is a holiday doesn't mean I need to overindulge and pay for it later...it just isn't worth it to me. :)

I couldn't have said it better than you Annie..."Just because it is a holiday doesn't mean I need to overindulge and pay for it later...it just isn't worth it to me."

My birthday is Monday, and while I'm super excited to be turning 30, I don't think I need to overindulge..I want to give myself the best gift ever - continued health and fitness...

I've come to far to feel like paying for it later. :)

Happy Independence Day!

Ha! That is great!

I just noticed your picture slide show for the first time. You look great!

I am starting the Couch-to-5K workout plan, so it is helping me get moving (sweating) again. Hallelujah!

Have a wonderful week!
