Another pound lost this week! I'm now down 42.8. I can't believe how far I've come in such a short amount of time. Just four months ago I weighed 42.8 pounds more than I do right now! How crazy is that?! That one pound this week also helped me reach my goal of getting down into the next decade of weight by Labor Day, which is on Monday! I'm thrilled to have set, and reached, another goal. Another small celebration tonight is that I now weigh less than I have in the last 6 years!
My next goal is to simply get to my 50 pound mark. I have 7.2 pounds to lose to reach it. WW will award me another charm for my key chain at that point. I love that little key chain and the charms on it. I have it hanging on the front of my fridge so that I see it several times a day. It keeps me motivated to avoid those extra snacks and keep moving!
This evening after dinner I went for a quick walk. I walked my quickest mile yet! I just walked around my neighborhood tonight, which I hadn't done for quite some time and I surprised myself thinking about how easy it felt. Just four months ago, when I started this journey, I couldn't have walked that far (uphill on the way home) and it was a huge struggle for me. Tonight I walked it, quickly, and was smiling at people the entire way rather than huffing and puffing and feeling rotten. That is a NSV for me!

That is AWESOME, Andrea!!! You are doing so fantastic!!! Keep it up! We talked about bra shopping earlier today, but one of the things I noticed too in losing weight was buying smaller underwear too and how cool that felt! Sometimes it's the little things that mean the most! Oh- like having more towel to dry off with after a shower! Keep up the good work! I love you!

Annie,
I am so proud of you, especially since I have been stuck at my current weight for the last three months....Congrats on hanging in there and it looks like you are motivating Ken as well. Big hugs!
one pound one day at a time. love the attitude. you are doing so well. I love to see this, when I can tell someone has it so steady and well and will continue to lose week after week. That I can just stop by and watch you succeed. It is so cool.
You are so inspiring... This journey that we are on is amazing and frustrating and I love that you keep pushing through the challenges and accept a one pound loss without a complaint. A loss is a loss!
There is an award for you on my blog :)
Congratulations on the loss! What a wonderful way to start the holiday weekend. Just a little more motivation to keep working hard. I'll sure you'll see that 50lb loss very soon. :)
